I remember watching this portion of the film and being angered by the terrorism against Malcolm's family. I thought about my own family members, who grew up in the era of Jim Crow & what they had to endure.
This scene hit very close to home for me. Earl Little was NO JOKE and I believe there was much of him in Malcolm.
