I'm in love with this man. I've had beautiful dreams about this man. Born in Kang Sung-Ho in Gainesville, Georgia (I know), this 38-year-old actor and restaurant owner has worked his ass off. From the genius that was Better Luck Tomorrow to The Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift (no comment), I have loved this man through it all.
If you really want to see him shine, War, Transformers, the Fast & Furious prequel-sequel, and Ninja Assassin aren't the places to watch him. I've deduced those were just paychecks and resume spots. The Motel, on the other hand, is where it's at. I think it was after watching this film that I started having the wonderful dreams (I also started paying a lot more attention to director Michael Kang).
I don't know what the hell it is about him, aside for the cuteness factor. I think he just...radiates, you know? This, children, is an actor, and it really pisses me off that I haven't seen him in major film that's just all about him.

Good actor! I really loved Better Luck Tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteGreat movie, great cast, great plot...tight budget, can you believe that? At one point they were so broke MC Hammer had to wire them $100,000.
