that color makes you look like a $2 ho on Bushwick Avenue...and you ain't that.
Girl, the lil sis and I are changing the color tomorrow (she's in Austin right now). The blond merely needs to be tempered so we're going to removed a few layers and replace them with a browner shade.
I'm simply counting down until tomorrow. For now, I'm just wrapping my hair up like a Muslim woman.
I think the color itself is not the problem; that's that my natural skintone sans lighting or airbrushing. The two tones go with each other. The problem is the amount. It's just too goddamn much blonde.
Typically, I'm not a fan of blonde hair. It looks good on you because the color suits your skintone, but I agree that it is too much blonde hair. It would look better big and brown. Apart from that I'm loving the kinky weave!
I agree it's a bit too light. A little bit darker would be better. While this color suits you just fine, it reminds me of all the women with this hair color who are so gross and stank.
When you wear a weave lighter that your hair do you have to dye your natural hair(sorry if that's a stupid question, I've never worn a weave >.<)?
Yup, yup...come tomorrow, the lil sis is adding a darker shade.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving this golden fro...not many people can pull this off. I say you should rock it lol!! Looking good K
ReplyDeleteGirl, HELL NAW! That is NOT YOU! Take that shit out now!
ReplyDeleteAnd a real friend will speak the truth: that color makes you look like a $2 ho on Bushwick Avenue...and you ain't that.

Maybe the shade isn't quite "you," but it makes your skin look golden. :)

ReplyDeleteNew hairstyles are always tough to break in. Try it for like a week? It might grow on you.

Honestly...it's kind of cute, just a bit too light. The texture is hot though, along with makeup!
